How does onboarding work?

Click on Book Your Meet & Greet, submit the online form and we’ll stop by for an at-home meet & greet if you live in Lafayette, Louisville or S.E. Boulder, Colorado.

What days/times do you offer services?

Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm. 

You can indicate late morning window or afternoon window when booking.

(No services on weekends or Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving).

What vaccinations are required?​

All pups must be current on:

• Rabies

• DHPP

• Bordetella

Dogs must be flea/tick-free and on preventatives.

Are adventures off-leash?

Some are—when safe and appropriate. Dogs may be hiked off leash if they have a valid City of Boulder Voice & Sight tag. They must demonstrate ability to do recall on hikes and show no behavioral issues towards humans and other dogs. Off leash hikes are up to our discretion.

How do dogs travel?

No more than two dogs travel together in our insured, adventure-ready 4WD vehicles. No kennels (unless requested and provided) just comfy, secure, dog-friendly rides.​

Do I need to be home for pickup?

Nope! We use garage codes, keypads, or a lockbox. We can also pick up at your workplace. ​​​

Payment Methods?

We accept cash, Venmo and Zelle. Payment is required after hike is scheduled.

What’s your cancellation policy?

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will not be charged.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% charge.

• No-shows (no one home and no prior notice) will be charged the full hike fee.

• If we cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will not be charged, and we will work with you to reschedule.
